Advantages

· Except for the fin-type heat exchanger which is made of copper, all other parts are stainless steel SUS304 (if customer wants to save cost, the supports can be made of galvanized iron, The thermal insulation layer with flame retardant fire prevention materials,conform to food grade HACCP and GMP requirements.

· Using heat from return cooling water from process like evaporation, finisher etc. for to warm up clean air steam heating becomes complementary. This way, the heat is recycled. Besides, water heating eliminates gelatin-burn risk.

· The air flow rate, temperature, humidity and speed of belt can be adjusted according to different season or different requirements of production.

· Inside a dryer slight positive pressure is maintained, which can prevent air pollution from outside.

· Individual CIP system
