Product introduction

Features

· The spray ball or jet cleaner is supplied according to customer’s requirement.

· The pneumatic lifting devices used for opening of safety valve and vacuum valve during CIP, for the cleaning of valve seals.

· Tank top plant without this function then will fail to clean the dead end of sealing surface of the valve.

· Pressure transmitter can be installed for monitoring of tank pressure. Safety valve and vacuum valve can be opened according to tank pressure. Sight glass and pocket of sensor are equipped.

· A heating device will be installed on the tank top plant if it is used in cold area to avoid the safety valve and vacuum valve cannot be opened because of frozen.

Technical description for valves cleaning

Two pneumatic cylinders installed for lifting safety valve and vacuum valve during CIP process. The valve seat can be cleaned completely.
