Advantages

· The roller gap of the crusher adopts an eccentric mechanism, and the push rod drive can be adjusted automatically or manually, and the clearance is very convenient;

· Stainless steel stamping process is adopted in slime pump shell with matte finishing in the surface. Impeller dynamic balancing, special process, wear-resistant pump shaft, stable operation;

· Contact segment between equipment and material is round and smooth. Spray cleaning device could make sure full cleaning.

ATEX Certification

European ATEX Directive (94/9/EC) has been effective from 1st July, 2003. Organizations in EU must follow the directives to protect employees from explosion risk in areas with an explosive atmosphere.

ATEX Directive is applicable to all kinds of electrical and non-electrical equipment, including safety system, apparatus, controlling instrument, adjustment device, etc. For beer production equipment, there is a dust explosion risk for raw material handling equipment due to it always stay in dust environment.
